John Paul II beautification Packs Rome hotels

The hotels are in high demand this weekend, in Rome as about 1 million visitors swarm of the Italian capital for the beatification of John Paul II the third of four steps becoming a saint of the Catholic Church.

Bloomberg reports that will pass the city hotels are almost complete, with the reservation services showing some rooms double their usual rates.

Church hostels and guest rooms have also been reserved solid since the current Pope, Benedict XVI announced the beatification of John Paul II. Emilia Hotel sister Giusti, which is managed by nuns of the order of Saint Ann of Providence, tells the output of news that they were "flooded with requests."

Comparison Hotel Trivago website says that the average going rate per night in Rome, this weekend is $370 - higher than the rate of all evening $ 310 for London, where people are together for the Royal Wedding very expected Friday.
